Music Meditation Circle
Welcome to the Music Meditation Circle website, where we prioritize social participation and the therapeutic benefits of music for individuals of all ages. Our program is designed to provide an outlet for emotional, spiritual, and social expression through music, helping to feed and heal the soul.
Our program is divided into three components, each tailored to meet the unique needs of participants. Firstly, we offer Music Meditation Sessions for Youth aged 6 to 17, where they will learn how music can help them express themselves while being exposed to several musical instruments and vocal techniques.
Secondly, we offer Music Meditation Sessions for Adults, where participants will learn how music can take away stress, anxiety, and worry while being exposed to several musical instruments. Students will be encouraged to listen to different genres of music to provide them with therapeutic intervention.
Lastly, we offer Music Meditation Sessions for Seniors aged 50 and above, where seniors will learn how music can help them relieve stress and anxiety while being exposed to several musical instruments. Our program encourages seniors to engage in interactive social activities with their peers while listening to different genres of music.
Our "Music Feeds the Soul, Music Heals the Soul" classes are 1 hour long, with hands-on music instructions and interactive activities. We limit class sizes to 10 participants, allowing our music director to create an adaptive learning environment that encourages participants to express themselves freely.
At Heart 2 Heart Compassionate Widow's Circles, we take a unique and different approach to using music as a therapeutic intervention therapy to replenish and improve the mood of participants while fostering community in a social and interactive environment. Our music program is tailored to encourage social engagement for the senior population, with fun, engaging activities for individuals nearing or within their retirement years.
Join us at the Music Meditation Circle and discover the therapeutic benefits of music while being part of a supportive and engaging community.
